My experience could not have been better.I was overwhelmed by other stuff going on in my life and badly needed someone to talk to about my financial situation. I was very worried about high balances on 3 credit cards and also about depleting my small amount of savings. The counselor did an extremely thorough intake of my debts and expenses and helped me come to a solid decision regarding a consolidation loan. They counseling process was smooth informative and presented in a professional manner yet in laymen terms.
